This jolly wee fantail birdie is created from copper sheet, then embossed and soldered with a vintage china wing and heated copper tail, he is strutting across an original vintage book, amongst lucite flowers and copper foliage in front of a tall copper stemed seed head of silver plated blooms. Some parts are then treated with a crystalline verdigris and some heated to create beautiful copper hues. The assemblage is 12cm high and comes in a gift box with a signed certificate.
