Description ARTEMIS – Hand-Forged Hunting and Field Knife: Takes a lot of inspiration from the Kephart knife , but made with a more modern look. The tip remains in line with the handle pins for drilling such as making a bow drill. The tip widens as it goes toward the tip. From the tip back about 2 1/2 inch, the blade is thinned a bit. This allows you to choke up on the blade to skin small animals or scrape hide. Also added a thumb rest with Jimping. The handle is kept durable by use of a thick full tang and adding micarta for the handle. A Lanyard hole was added to the knife per some customers’ requests. The Spine has jimping in the curvature designed for the thumb to allow you to get a good purchase on the knife. Full Tang Handle has a Lanyard hole. Comes with leather sheath that can be worn either right side, left side or horizontal (scout carry).
