The VMoto / chinese crankshafts have a common fault where the small end eye of the conrod (where the small end end bearing seats) wears into an oval shape, allowing the small end bearing to rattle up and down during running. This quickly leads to small end bearing failure, and the needles of the bearing entering the cylinder and causing annihilation of the piston, cylinder and head. This crankshaft is significantly tougher than the factory crankshaft, and as a bonus also comes with the left and right main bearings as well as the small end bearing. Great little kit, all you need is the seals.
