Psychotherapy for the Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse: A How-To Guide for Evidence-Based Practice 3rd Edition

I’m a PMHNP student and still trying to understand what I need from this book to pass my first exam. Each chapter starts with no learning objectives, so with so much information it’s hard to focus on what’s important. The chapters do have concluding comments and discussion questions at the end. No case studies. Good information on the brain, memory, trauma and neural networks. It’s a lot to remember.
